She stole my first ever post ----- the first entry I put up back when this blog was still hosted by blogspot. And I thought the terms and agreement before signing up for a blog is crystal clear to all.
She told of sms correspondence as if it really happened to her, and stupidly placed the necessary alterations to make it more plausible by changing the names, time, places, etc.
Although I am feeling a little happy-clappy for (at least) her uploading to her own server instead of directly linking to the images, she still makes me fucking sick.
She unblushingly stole the article I wrote for my finals SEVEN fucking months ago.
She brazenly swiped a handful of other entries and posted them in her blog verbatim.
She shamelessly robbed the experiences, ideas, and emotions we thought were ours.
Plagiarism has never been this good.
And insolent.
Let the fracas begin.

She even had the chutzpah to post one of her readers' comment :
I really enjoy reading you blog.
- Anne
Thanks Anne. *^_^*
Tell me you miserable mentally-challenged cow which part of your gaudy journal genuinely oozed out of your shrimpy brain?
Let me guess.... is it the occasional bwahahaha or the pseudo-experiences you just scattered about in your entire blog?
****
And she even had the nerve to post this one:
On a different note, I think I should be copyrighting my hirits [comments] here sa blog ko. I hate it when someone passes it off as her own pero disaster strikes, the delivery of my comments are not good enough, so there you have it, palpak. Yung grammar lessons mo dude, sayang.
Do my friends and I justice naman. cut and paste mo na lang, wag mo na i-massacre.
Excuse me silly tartar, what do you know about copyrighting? Please don't use big words you don't understand.
Well, we're promising you a nasty disaster that even you won't be able to avert.

Anj: I just love online dictionaries.
Keiko: So we're both right. *^_^*
Anj: shet
Keiko: we're so smart.lol
Well Keiko, your friend might be smart enough to have the decency to admit that she got that from an online dictionary, but not smart enough to figure out that she's been talking to a thief. A plagiarist. A big fat plagiarist.
I doubt if Anj exists at all.

Don't worry, we'll sending out emails to your readers/ friends telling how good and effective you are at stealing ideas from unwitting bloggers like us --- the ones who really spend time putting ideas into words, the ones who want nothing but to capture significant moments of our lives and selflessly share them to our willing readers, the ones who devote hours checking whether we've already put the proper attribution or not, the ones who get very excited at the thought of writing something very original, creative, and solely ours, and especially, the ones who try their very best to votively know ethics by heart.

By the way, you shouldn't be calling it a blog.
Posted by Gabby at August 29, 2003 06:26 AMwhen i read abt her in pam's blog, i e-mailed her something flaming right away! in taglish. i hope she does understand it. she doesn't look Pinay kasi, though some of her posts WERE in Tagalog. but maybe those were copied off others' blogs, too... pathetic talaga, ano? is it even her pic? hmm, everything abt her is suspect... but if it's really her, sayang, may itsura pa naman sana ang bruha.
down with copycats! plagiarists! impostors!
let us protect bloggers with THE ideas! those who are actually brilliant and have ideas of their own. like you, gabby.
Posted by: dawna on August 29, 2003 08:06 AMThat plagiarist girl is horrible! Goodness, nag-blog pa siya! She has no life of her own, I swear.
I'm just so angry at how she shamelessly ripped off yours and the others' posts (even description of herself, like the one at Pam's blog), passed it as her own and commented that she hates people who do the same thing! Hypocrite, much?
Posted by: Monch on August 29, 2003 09:09 AM(wow! haven't been here in awhile... :))
I honestly believe that each person has a great story to tell. I don't know how people can get off by telling other people's stories as their own. How positively sad.
I guess what really hit me was the "brushing up on the dictionary" part... lantaran!
But we all do know it came from you. And that is the main thing :)
Posted by: Bundi on August 29, 2003 09:39 AMHORRIBLE!! No Shame!! I just read Pam's blog as well. I swear, some people think they can get away with stuff like this. Blogging should be taken seriously. The entries are copyrighted to their writers. No one can just go up and steal me.
Hope you get this sorted out soon hun. You have everyright to be angry. That girl has no life of her own.
Posted by: Sinta on August 29, 2003 11:54 AMi read your blog, along with pam's and recently, ara's blog. it's partly because of your works why i keep on trying to write despite the obvious absence of the inclination towards churning out good literature.
you guys have wonderful lives. marami din kayong readers. you guys have the talent and knack for writing. kya cguro ninakaw ang sinulat nyo. it's a pity that a poor soul with no creativity stole your written lives and passed it off as hers.
i'm rooting for you, gabby, pam and ara. take the fight to her (or shall i say IT) And as for that plagiarizing freak, i don't think OPEN SOURCE concept applies to writing. make your life, and don't get it from other people!
gabs, nakikigalit lang :)
I sent her a mail too.. a
